honestly, i see herb as a huge improvement from something like paxil or lithium everyday...those make you feel like a zombie...you don't have anymore anxiety, but you sure as hell don't feel anything else either. i used to be on a whole slew of sleeping pills, anti-depressants, and anti-psychotics (haha, i'm not crazy, but i had severe insomnia and RLS - a sleep disorder, and not sleeping fucks with your brain). but now i just smoke herb (just a few times a week will do the job if you don't currently smoke) anyway, that's my
