Ok like you're in first grade..
You're Webmaster A looking for Webmasters B and C. Webmasters A, B and C promote affiliate programs 1, 2 and 3 respectively. Affiliate programs 1, 2, 3 have pay sites that have cheap/free or free trials that pay a comission of say $35.
You are asking for a Webmaster B and C to click through your links to buy a cheap trial then cancel at affiliate program 1. You get $35 for each sale from affiliate program 1 even though they have no chance of anything recurring to a full monthly rebill because they're not real consumer purchased. Then you're saying to Webmasters B and C that you will do the same thing via their links to Affiliate Programs 2 and 3. Essentially, all of you end up defrauding multiple affiliate programs.
The short version: Programs that give Pay-Per-Signup do so only for legitimate consumer traffic, anything else is pure fraud.
