Just wanted to give everyone an update.
Had a conversation with Darren. As I mentioned before, regardless on his intentions, it didn't matter. I wanted to "turn a bad situation into a good one," and was happy to find out that Darren wanted that as well.
Darren plans to change the name of the site. He had no problems whatsoever on doing so.....and on top of that, without even asking me to promote his site in return.....which I did not expect at all.
I plan to promote his program regardless. It's good business. It could have been a tough problem as domain disputes are always a bad situation legally. So we both just saved a lot money and decide to make more of it instead.
So thank you Darren for the understanding and the action you took. I look forward to making us both a lot more money.
