Hey guys looking to hire some subcontract help

Have monthly projects that need some media editors/webmasters to work on prepping video/web content
US based canidates preffered but will consider oversees help

Job Description: Media Editor/Webmaster

Need a media editor with 1-2yrs experience with adobe premiere and adobe photoshop.
Media Editor will be responsible for preparing HDV video content. & Still picture content

Canidate will need to be able to do the following

* Have premiere pro cs2 or cs3
*Flash & Windows media 9 encode footage with watermark. (canidate needs to know how to color & contrast correct footage)
*Pull video stills from actual scene - deinterlace and deliver clean stills and watermarked stills and properly batch rename them.
*Cut up windows media video file into 2-3 min chunks and pull screen grab hightlights from each clip and properly batch rename them the files.
*Create a edit decision list.
* Have entry level photoshop skills to be able to clean up still picture content
* Pull 8 sec watermarked highlight clips from each video for promotional content
* At times media editor cut trailers and cut raw footage on scenes down to 20min version.

* Big plus if you have working knowledge of Carma software website content management program
