Starting off I'd recommend 10Mbps and see if you need more from there, you can have it Unmetered (capped, no overages, upgrade as needed) or Burstable (use more if needed but susceptible to overages)

thank you will keep you in mind ... anyway i am not sure about bandwidth, i know nothing about those things, all i know is that we will be streaming 96kbps with those +-30 people daily. when i was testing friend told me its about 1.2gb transfer daily per user ... thats all i know, i need to ask more somewhere, or someone can help with those streaming numbers? ;) thanks in advance and have a nice day everyone!
