I do have to agree with some of your points. Anonymity gives the weakest, wimpiest, asshole loser the courage to act and feel important. Face to face few would have the balls to rip you off in a business deal. Hell they couldn't afford to even be in business. None of the fake tough guys would have the balls to insult and belittle if you were standing next to them.
