I will do the deal only if an independant third party has exclusive server access to the server where the sites reside and exclusive registrar access
I would turn your traffic on and at the end of this month the top affiliates as reviewed by a third party who has exclusive access to that server and admin level clearance will get rights to the sites if they havent been paid every dime of what they are owed..since inception of this program..today is Feb
