One europe based program needs a sales rep for english speaking market who is supposed to:

- advertise and represent company and it's products on webmaster boards
- contact people personally via ICQ or other messengers offering our services
- be in community, build respect for company develop and run special campaigns like thread contests or buying signatures on boards etc..
- everything connected to english somehow...write english ads messages, email messages, text for sites... fix broken english written by other employees etc.

Thus there are two options:
1. Hire a native speaker (in US)
2. Hire a person with good en language skills
So the question is
which way to go and why
AND
how much will the US sales rep with good skills and experience cost?
I need a bunch of opinions (not 2 or 3 please), pros and cons.
