As soon as the US drops a nuke on anyone ... it's an open board. Anyone can drop a nuke. Hell Pakistan can drop one on India .... North Korea can develop and drop one on South Korea ... and hell ... Russia can drop one on themselves. They have probably sold most of their nukes by now anyway. Only safe place to be is New Zealand with their 20 man army and airforce which consists of a laser guided paper plane.

Go for it mighty US ... throw the first nuke. Sure to be a game for everyone.
