That would be a good plan, except there was nothing wrongful about the termination.
RealSinatra fucked up plain and simple. He posted the customer's real name and all the details, including the name of the restaurant and the city. It was Atlanta, not sure why he is now talking about South Florida.
Anyway, pricks here made SURE he lost the gig. People, if you can believe them, even called the attorney and the restaurant manager. Shitty thing to do.
Nothing wrongful, though. They terminated him for flaming a customer by name on this board. Even though it was true, I doubt he could sue. It also made the restaurant look bad.
RealSinatra, you may want to run a search on donnylong at the very least. Keep your head low and this cat will cause enough havoc that you and the weinerman will be entirely forgotten by next weekend.
