The Venz govt seem proud of their voting facilties and ensuring everyone can vote with min fuss - dunno what they are, but Chavez was claiming they were 'state of the art'.
Best voting system on the planet is in Brazil - very efficient (with audit trails
) and far ahead of any western countries.
