Wow.
I've never seen someone create so much bad will so quickly as this Donny Long character. He's really digging a hole for his business that he just won't be able to get out of. At this point I'd say it's nearly complete but I think that if he came back to the boards with some sincere and specific apologies that everyone could "Move On".
