First time I really read an article on it. Something struck me as well sort of a prosecution loophole that very well could nail him. Besides I really think that is some wrong ass shit.

Here is the few lines:

Texas law allows people to use deadly force to protect their own property to stop arson, burglary, robbery, theft or criminal mischief at night.

So the burglary was in broad daylight but the Texas law reads at night?
