gotta be honest here it really isnt Johns mess to sort out .. he cant force the guy to come and talk to you against his will .. i agree you got burned and it sucks balls . i dont think i'd want to lose that sorta cash either but a few months down the line you still didnt take this to court .. thats what i'd do for sure
