I think most people's concern here is with the newness of the internet, 1 unsatisfied adult customer is 1 customer who will never buy a adult membership again. If that is the logic, than how a site owner treats a customer will effect us all. Even though BVF has a valid point in stating that he treats most his customers well, it still goes back to the logic above.
Having said that, I personally encourage all site owners to treat their customers bad, so I can take them from you and show them what real customer service is about.
