Yes, this would be an adult site, non tangible goods. MOstly webcam shows. I am located in USA, some other owners would be located in MExico, and others in COlombia. We are in the process of deciding in which country we want to register the company. Cyprus maybe?

I did try some searches to get answer to my questions, but by doing searches I couldn't come up with "good" info. I would like to learn and at the same time allow others to learn by being able to read posts, instead of having to contact each of the different service providers.
