Skip the teaspoons of salt and just go with a litre of gatorade before you crash for the night (replenishes the sodium and doesn't taste like hell) - and toss back a couple of Advil (or Aleve) before sleep (Advil is somewhat easier on the liver than Tylenol).
Best hangover prevention I swear by.
