Hemmoroids are caused by constapation,
i'm 21 and I've had one before, so no you aren't too young.
There are two kinds, internal and external. The internal ones just kinda inch, then they bleed out, the external ones feel uncomfortable when you have to put direct pressure on them for long periods of time (aka sitting on them) The go away by bleeding out. So if you notice some blood on your toliet paper, don't freak out it just means its going away.
I rcommend "tucks medicated pads" for dealing with the discomfort, its basicly a big oxy pad for your ass, they come in a big round container and will run you about $10 at a local drug store.
If the hemmoroid doesn't go away on it's own in 2-3 weeks go see a doctor becuase it may be going in to stage two or stage three, which is sergical removal time.
