I started getting them at 21...but then I had a baby at 21, too. Having kids ruins your body, I swear to god.
The suggestions above my post are good ones. If you can't stand fiber drinks you can also take fiber tablets, which is what I do. The taste of metamucil makes me barf. I also just heard that eating yogurt with live cultures in it can help constipation -- I'm going to try that out myself.
