Iraq, Iran and North Korea all spoken by Bush, being the "Axis of Evil", gave everyone fair warning!

Yep! Sure, let them develop weapons and hold surrounding countries hostage to get more gifts(assistance) from countries whos ignorance of these regimes has been proven over and over again to be deceitful.
