The only time ANYBODY male OR female should get a tat is when it MEANS something like a special forces tat that they'll be proud of doing until the day they die. Any other time it just looks retarded. Maybe if you're proud of going to prison some prison ink might be good.... Like if you SHOT hilary Clinton and went to prison for killing her THAT would be a proud reason for going to prison...
