Ron2k1, building templates without a piece of software that automates things for you will take forever. Take a look at E-Mage and you'll see how easy it is to create a shitload of galleries from one template within a few minutes. That will save you a shitload of time and work.

Actually you can put pics on html with it.. at least in the latest version... emage even makes coffee these days!
