The proper way to handle this scenario would be to contact our 24/7 webmaster support team located here: http://www.hugetraffic.com/help.htm (there are emails and ICQs), or just email webmaster at hugetraffic dot com and provide an example of the images that you would like to have removed. They typically will be removed within 24 hours, but give it a couple of days if reported during the weekend.

I've tried that method before to no avail. The last time I tried getting ahold of someone to get something like this taken care of it took over a week and a thread like this.
