But if your gay then the marriage would be an issue...
If YOU REALLY REALLY WANTED to get a green card... Then go over on a visitors visa, marry a guy in a gay wedding ceremony, in a state that allows this... then claim a green card off of that... If they say no, cry DISCRIMINATION !!!
