This is in Kentucky. Doesn't surprise me. I was in and around Lexington once, and it's not a pretty sight.
Downtown Lexington is a typical run down city. You can go out a little and there's filthy rich people with huge horse farms. But, go out a little further and it's poverty stricken people.
Trashy houses in the middle of absolute nowhere lining the streets for miles and miles like any regular subdivision, but with no commercial development anywhere around. Where do these people work? It's a sad sight.
