I don't use photoshop or shit like that. I download my images, do instant fix from my camera software and upload it. I also use digital dutch arles but that's for tgp images only.

On your thumbnails, I think it may be losing you some signups. On SweetCuties, some look a bit jagged and you are getting forehead noise on each girl...

I sharpen then go in and smooth the parts that get all fucked by JPEG compression. Low file sizes and a nice, cleaner look.
Once I put in the effort to do that, my signups doubled - surfers want to see quality.
