Most webmasters don't have the foggiest clue how true this is. They have no idea how well a 34 year old hairy chinned accountant can sell... or how a true milf with honest to god stretch marks is way more profitable, which equates to dependable in a certain sense, in the long run. Those making money from sites like those have nothing to fear about their bottom line because the bottom line is that most webmasters think with their dicks and not with their bank accounts filled by the collective mind of their customers urges to spend their hard earned cash.
