Yes it was hurried and passed by congress. But they are going to modify it so certain conditions have to be meant first. The patriot act was passed by congress. Any politic would have agreed at the time. I love how people point the finger at Bush. This country has checks and balances it takes more then one man to pass a bill. Many people also fail to remember or realize how serious terrorism is.
I am not going to argue my point on this anymore. I learned the hard way it is a waste of time effort. I suppose people in this country would have to see 1000's of men, women, and children shaking on the ground bleeding from there eyes from a chemical attack before they realize the reality of terror as a threat.
