As a guy who's worked for 7 failed dot bombs before going fulltime into adult promo, I sure can relate to this story. Thanks.
I guess the biggest lesson I got from my experience is "don't let it get to your head." At one point I was an executive for a publicly traded [don't get excited...it was traded on the Nasdaq pink sheets] company and all these investors were telling us we were DA BOMB. That was only too true.... the company did bomb. LOL.
