How do you guys find your employee's.
I don't mean just models, but programmers, writers, photographers and all that stuff.
I just launched an Adult job board (adultexpertise.com (sorry for spamming
)) and I'm kinda wondering if you guys would even use a site like mine.
So how does the professional adult webmasters find his minions now-a-days?
