not sure what redtube is using for outbound but whoopa does have Hurricane electric in their mix which you can get for 5/Mbps on anything over 1Gbps, i'm sure they have a 10GE circuit or two. A site like redtube can probably easily burn 500Mbps so even at 7/Mbps only 3700/month isn't a bad deal. Due to streaming technologies and buffering you do not need premium bandwidth when streaming videos.
