If it's question of using the tapes or not Because of what happened to the girls you should ask the girls what they think.
Poor girls! I would look out for there needs because of what happened. Shoots are cheap, If they didn't want them use then a wouldn't do it. Simple...one has to do the right thing no matter what type of business your in.
If it's a question of legalities (sp?) and you getting your butt in a sling, I don't think you would have anything to worry about. As long as the girls were of legal age and signed the releases.
But either way I wouldn't use the content if they didn't want me to.
