lets say all the skills to run a company, manage staff, work first hand with creative side from promos to site design, someone that actually knows what they are doing, that can make the business more profitable, from top to bottom and expand it. What would someone like that make ? and not 20% of what he brings in but salary + bonus for the person running the company.
