How could you possibly know what it earns for me annually or what it could earn for a program owner annually?

Maybe you've read old threads?

Then you should know that this domain name is worth every single penny being asked.

The question isn't "Why hasn't it sold" but "Why do I continue to reject high five figure offers?"

Answer: S e x y L a d i e s . c o m earns a great amount of money using only ppc. The type-in traffic is tremendous and the people visiting this name WANT to buy something.

This isn't some crazy made up asking price. This is a very reasonable price for any legit domain investor.

The great part about it is . . . that if nobody buys it . . . I will continue to own it and I will continue to profit from the traffic. I will also continue to be able to offer it for sale for the going market rate - no matter how high it goes!

One small piece of advice for anyone reading:

Life is difficult for the stupid - don't be stupid.

Randy, You will never sell your domain name this way, here's why.

For the money I have in the bank right now, I make about 5% interest. For money I have invested, I make about 7%. (Yes I know I can make more but I'm careful).

What your offer is doing is telling us to buy your domain name because it makes lots of money. You didn't tell anyone, how much money this is.

What you need to do is to post publicly, and with lots of proof, how much money this domain name makes.

After that, you can show what kind of ROI a person can make by buying it for $125,000.

If the return is Less than DOUBLE of what anyone makes with their money in their bank right now, NO ONE Will buy the name. In order to purchase a domain name or other high risk investment, the return has to be High, and the seller has to be reputable. You have not shown anyone either of these.

Your tag is "Life is difficult for the stupid - don't be stupid". Actually, life is pretty easy for me, just as it is for everyone else reading this thread. Perhaps it is you that's having a "difficult" life right now?

Cheers!
