Gulible teen your idea? Cant sue for an idea!! (unless it is patented) and at $500 an hour 35 hours minimum, highly unlikely..keep in mind, A "patent attorney" is a lawyer with an 5 year engineering degree.
Because you had a contract with joe in regards to what was going to be done with the Whole Gullible teens agreement?
Under that contract that you and joe entered into, you would have some sort of case. Under contract law you may be entitled to some kind of remedy.
BUT!!!!! as i recall you took a lump sum pay out of $2000 to go away and release your interests in said content. (Gullible teen content and idea rights). You signed a contract releasing your rights. REMEMBER! And that new contract supersedes any previous contract you may have entered into.
In short, there is no way you will go to court and hypothetically if you did it would get tossed out when joe produces the contract that you signed superseding your previous arrangement.
And lastly but the most importantly:

Its Joe's content. I agreed to shoot it and turn the content over to AMA joe. He paid the talent and the people that did it on trade got there content. I made sure of it. I wanted to get paid and i did.
I have been doing business with joe for 3+ years. I never had a bad expirence with him. Im sure he has made his share of mistakes, we all have. But there are 2 sides to every story and the people you quote are not exactly credible sources dude!! You and i both know it!
And for the agent thing its always a cluster fuck with most agencies! CLUSTER FUCK is the best description for day to day agency business. If your paying location fees at $100 an hour and your staking 4 shoots in a day, late girls add up fast!! LA Direct and Goldstarmodels garentee there girls show up on time. And if they no-show they pay the producer $200.
