Well actually you would be sueing the " user " who uploaded the videos I would think even if the site took the video down. DMCA only protect the site if they take down the content, if they follow the DMCA rules then sue the " user" who put the content up. If you really think it is them they will be fucked. They will have to turn over all server logs of everyone who has uploaded your content. Get with a couple other sites and share the cost, i dont think it would be that much. Probably less then you paying someone full time to police your content. If they ignore your suit get a default judgement against them. I bet they still own something in the US that you can put a lean on or sieze. I don't know the exact law behind this but I am sure you have an angle you can use here. Get with an attorney and make an example of them.

i recommend that everyone goes to the internext piracy seminar on the 15th. there is going to be a reveal on what has come of all the work we've been putting in on the piracy thing.
