Frank it is an UPCOMING site 1 of 2 announced on there. UPCOMING! Are you saying other programs dont announce sites prior to launch? Come on lol. There are 18 sites already up that can be promoted. We will have 23 sites mid March live. It says quite clearly that it is coming soon on the site list page. Stop being silly.
