It is irrelevant whether you are possibly (other than "I'm sure") part of a public corp or not. It's a very simple issue - any business person wants to know who the hell they are trading with. And that's not a $10 domain name.

So basically from what you have said so far, your "Euro partner" who is not a party to the "sure" LLC in which you may be involved, is an unknown and un-declared party, using their own corp, who transact in the EU. And.... as you have already said, "you" are not involved in that EU corp.

So... legally "you" do not transact business in the EU in any form.

Dunno my man... but there are obvious "issues" and sounds like one seriously amateur arrangement.
