Have you decided who affiliates will be trading with yet? Is it a secret? What legal jurisdiction you can be sued in and what VISA banking region rules apply to your program? Is that also a secret??

Never ever, have I or anyone else I know, been unable to say to clients who they are trading with or, if needed, produce a simple policy statement to clarify whatever position. I mean one which is honest and transparent BTW
