I checked out your stats. You should give it more of a chance. I have had galleries that go 0:5000 or 0:10,000 but after a month the same gallery might be around 1:1000. It takes many galleries to get a solid average. Instead of making your own galleries you can skip the trial and error and just use my hosted galleries. I will not talk about your numbers on the board but I think you should give us a better chance. If you want to talk you can always email me.
This is one of the reasons I started this thread. Webmasters need to TAKE THEIR TIME and set a plan and see it through. Too many webmasters try things like a revshare program for 3-4 months and quit or just jump from program to program. Patience is needed in this business. If you stick with something then it can pay off. You just need to analyze the traffic you send and make adjustments. Changing programs is not a small adjustment... it is MAJOR change. Something needs to be very wrong to change from a sponsor. Many of the old time webmasters stick with the same old sponsors and never change because that really is a HUGE change.
Each site is a little different to market. If you keep jumping around then you will never learn how to best sell a certain site. If you just use hosted galleries then that is different. The sponsors should know how to sell their sites and those galleries should work. But if you are making your own sales pages then it does take trial and error. You should also contact the sponsor for advice. All good programs are willing to help and their advice can make a huge difference.
