Why didn't A2M catch on?

For awhile there were lists online and everyone kept talking about ass-to-mouth in movies.

Did girls just balk at doing it?

It made me smile, but one aspiring porn starlet sent me an email 2 months ago proudly proclaiming she did it... but she wanted more money for it.
