I told you why. They found the problem already and they were working on it. And I was informed as well. So a call from me wouldnt solve the problem unless i could magically transfer a brand new HD with all the previous content by phone to them.
Since that was not the case i decided to keep everyone informed here about the time to issue this problem by Oxeo.
It's just getting fixed, so
the aprox. time they took to address the problem was 12hrs aprox.
