Maybe you just defend for the sake of defending, without thinking about whether the points might be valid?

Couple months ago I was walking outside the mall, and I walked past this guy squeezing a girls biceps really hard, he looked angry. I stopped walking right beside them as I saw this, and said "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING" and he says.. "You don't wanna mess with me" and I said "Sooo, let her go" and then the girl said.. "You don't understand, my brother just died" and I said.. "I appologize, but this doesn't look good, y'know?" and he let her go, and I was on my way.

I'm 27, from Toronto and I've been to: Las Vegas (about 10 times), Vermont, Seattle, Boston, South Carolina, Austin, San Antonio, Brownsville, Houston, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Chicago 3 times, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Key West, Atlanta, Baltimore, Memphis, Buffalo, Rochester... Mmmmm probably a couple more places. I've taken a bus from here to Mexico City.

I love the USA. I just don't like the way your government conducts its business, and don't feel they're leading you in the right direction. That's it. You have a great, prosperous country. You've managed to do in 200 years what it took European countries thousands of years to not accomplish.

It's a great power, and it needs great management.

Please don't bash my great country because someone on a message board made you mad.
