anyway, i just finished eating rice with chopped spinach/cabbage/avocado/almonds with a little teriyaki sauce, actually tasted ok! switching to eating more fish rather than huge chunks of duck/pork/chicken/beef, and on 0% fat milk and cutting out many of the nice foods i like made with coconut/palm oil  
oh well. im only 26 too >.<

and let me guess, you are thin also and not overweight right?
I've noticed that more thin people have high cholesterol than fat asses.
