Anything controlled by humans can be manipulated. Nevertheless, we live in a society where there is so much media scrutiny that such manipulations rarely happen on a big scale such as a Presidential primaries.
GWB can't even scratch his ass without the NY Times writing an Op Ed about it, so if you think that Hillary pulled a fast one on Obama in NH, then I don't know what to tell you.
