I don't think it is " they want to sell because they don't make money" I think it is more, we are greedy and we want 20 years income paid upfront right now, and they don't want the risks long term that comes with these types of sites...

edit, i meant i dont think that is net, i think that is 120K month gross, so they grossing like 1.5 million a year. even if they profitting 500K they want to sell for 20 million
thats 40 years income i would want to sell too LOLOL. I bet if they put it up for sale for something reasonable someone would take them up on it, if they put it for sale for 3 - 4 million someone would buy it.
