I had TWO different show-stopper problems with the CP. You are correct in the fact that yesterday was a holiday and I guess I can understand that even though they offer a world-wide service with 99% guaranteed uptime, I should take holidays as poor support and non-service particular days.
I just wanted to share my unhappiness with you, I'm glad that you aren't having problems with them through dedicated. It may mean that once these problems are solved I can go ahead and trust the rest.
