The only GREAT... as in FUCKING AWESOME! Virtual accounts were at Serverprovider and I think they went out of business. Virtual accounts that acted like dedicated accounts. A true 99.9% uptime.
Since then I have found no awesome ones but servage.net was decent. 96% uptime.
