I started with webair virtual accounts some years ago and canīt remember any bigger problems. Iīm on dedicated for about two years, so Iīm not sure how those virtuals work today.
The control panel wonīt win a design award, but it works for me. No problems setting up domains so far. I moved to three new boxes at the end of last month and did not have any problems moving the content.
Regarding live support itīs quite expensive for cheap virtual accounts, so maybe itīs a service which you can not expect at pricing structure. Donīt know how other companies handle support, though.
