And at least the other program responded, 10 days or not, was the problem corrected?
Webmasters posting on forums doesn't threaten most Programs. If you say anything to bad or wrong, it's your ass. And often the head rep or owner just posts telling you to contact them directly anyway, which ends it and puts you back in your place...
